<p>Our R&D team represents a fundamental asset for the business. It is divided into integrated functional areas focusing on pipeline projects including discovery and preclinical research, global technical development, drug delivery technology, clinical development, regulatory affairs, pharmacovigilance, intellectual property, quality assurance, R&D project and portfolio management. Headquartered in the new purpose-built and fully integrated Research and Development Centre in Parma (Italy), the team also has important operations in Paris (France), Chippenham (UK), Cary (US), Stockholm (Sweden), Toronto (Canada) and Shanghai (China).</p>

<p><span><span><b><em>Who we are looking for</em></b></span></span></p>
<h2><u><b>Purpose</b></u></h2>
<p>The Assistant provides support to the whole staff of the relevant functional area (FA) for the optimal and most effective conduct of the daily activities, both in house and<br/>
outside, including some administrative tasks.</p>
<h2><u><b>Main Responsibilities</b></u></h2>
<p>- Supporting FA colleagues in arranging travel, visas, transfers and accommodation and reimbursement via company tools;<br/>
- Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority upon request of FA Heads;<br/>
- Organizing and maintaining agendas and calling major FA and Cross functional meetings;<br/>
- Handling off-site department meetings & contracts;<br/>
- Meeting minutes upon request;<br/>
- Management of colleagues’ congress participations;<br/>
- Purchase of office material; <br/>
- Archiving activities;<br/>
- On-Boarding of new entries; <br/>
- Donations;<br/>
- Congress and social sponsorships;<br/>
- Contracts of all types;<br/>
- Organizing payment of incoming invoices any payment-related activities together with CRS;</p>
<h2><u><b>Experience Required</b></u></h2>
<p>Ideally one of experience in the international context </p>
<h2><u><b>Education</b></u></h2>
<p>(At least) High-School degree in a scientific or administrative discipline</p>
<h2><u><b>Languages</b></u></h2>
<p>English fluent</p>
<p>French will be a plus</p>
