Your role in our mission
Play a critical part in ensuring Gainwell is meeting our clients’ objectives in important areas.
- Manages the timeline and budget of project deployments for new clients and products.
- Understands contract requirements vs. current capabilities gap analysis.
- Ensures programming specifications for all required data file/system changes are done accurately and timely.
- Works closely with client on defining project scope requirements.
- Develops workflows to customize HMS process to client's specification.
- Leads the creation, management, and coordination of client and vendor related program management schedules and activities for initial vendor product integration, ongoing vendor co-development, and end-user client implementation.
- Provides accurate financial forecasts relative to project hours and effort.
- Reports all issues and milestones to management.
- Develops custom project plans to ensure that all unique needs and deliverables are met in an aggressive timeframe; Sets and meets aggressive timelines.
- Plans and monitors all project activities; manages all processes needed to ensure successful project completion.
- Monitors and manages data intake/data gap analysis processes.
- Works with operations group to establish protocols for each new contract.
- Sets strategies, directions, and schedules to ensure resolution of issues.
- Works internally across a matrixed organization to exceed client/vendor expectations through superior relationship management, schedule coordination, issue resolution, implementation support, and prompt product delivery.
- Takes responsibility/ownership for the overall success of the implemented product.
- Ability to lead cross functional teams.
- Demonstrated competence in writing detailed functional specifications, for use by both technical and non-technical readers that describe business transaction functionality, end-user interfaces, data integration, business-rule processing logic and data communication implementation.
What we're looking for
- 9+ years of Information Technology experience with 5+ years of strong project management skills and proven ability to track/manage multiple complex projects both internally and with clients/vendors.
- Experience with enterprise-wide deployment of system or implementation solutions.
- Prior experience in client implementations in healthcare claim processing domain.
- Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Project and other PC related tools.
- Experience in healthcare insurance is preferred.
- PMP Certification is preferred.

The pay range for this position is $90,000 - $120,
