** This is not a remote position. T-Mobile is a hybrid work environment requiring work in the office three (3) days per week. The successful candidate will be located in either Seattle, Washington; Frisco, Texas; Herndon, Virginia; Overland Park, Kansas or New York, New York areas.**Job Overview
The Senior Integrated Marketing Manager, Operations is essential for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that support commercial and brand objectives across multiple channels. This role supports the content development process by managing brand, sales enablment, campaign, and partner content assets to ensure accessibility and accuracy. It involves sourcing, organizing, and storing assets within a centralized digital asset management system for use across marketing channels. The role requires collaboration with commercial, operations, media, and analytics teams enhance business materials. Success is measured by the ability to deliver marketing content on time, within budget, and that meet performance and brand goals. The work impacts the organization by enabling streamlined creative operations and supporting diverse marketing and communication initiatives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage content assets and production media within a centralized digital asset management system to ensure completeness and accessibility
- Leverage and introduce tools and technologies to improve creative operations efficiency and align with industry trends
- Collaborate with leadership across commercial and brand functions to prioritize content requests and coordinate resources for timely execution
- Coordinate communications and provide end-user support to facilitate asset usage and process adherence
- Work with analytics and marketing operations to track and measure strategic objectives and evaluate marketing performance
- Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
Education and Work Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree and 7 years of related work experience
OR a combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required) - 7-10 years Marketing experience in authoring and executing national integrated marketing plans with recognized B2C brands (Preferred)
- 4-7 years Experience organizing and managing large sets of assets across an ecosystem of tools linked to a DAM, and fulfilling asset requests in a fast-paced, deadline-driven creative environment. (Preferred)
- 4-7 years Familiarity with Business Affairs principles – most importantly, licensing, clearances and usage rights. Understand their impact on the production and/or creative development process. (Preferred)
- 4-7 years Developed and implemented asset/media management or creative operations processes and policies; and worked to ensure compliance. (Preferred)
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Integrated & Digital Marketing - Strong understanding of digital and integrated marketing channels, including sales enablement, web, paid media, social, and content performance measurement (Preferred)
Problem Solving - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to turn findings into executable plans. (Preferred)
Working in Ambiguity - Work within ambiguity and be able to determine next steps without specific directions (Preferred)
Decision Making - Exhibit strong decision-making process and skills and be able to support opinions and decisions in clear and articulate manner. . (Preferred)
Leadership - Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence without direct authority to drive high-impact outcomes (Preferred)
