Role Description: We are seeking an experienced Mainframe Developer with IMS DB & CICS to join our team in Wilmington, DE. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in IBM-Z/OS COBOL, CICS, IMS DB/DC, DB2, VSAM, JCL, CA7, and other mainframe technologies. This role requires expertise in system design, application development, debugging, maintenance, and L3 support. You’ll be responsible for (Responsibilities): 

• Develop, debug, and maintain mainframe applications in a large corporate environment.
• Provide L3 support and perform maintenance activities.
• Work in a rotational shift schedule (2 PM to 11 PM EST for one week per month).
• Provide weekend support on a rotation basis.
• Collaborate with offshore teams and follow support processes.
• Ensure operational stability, CI/CD implementation, and application resiliency.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in IBM-Z/OS COBOL, CICS, IMS DB/DC, DB2, VSAM, JCL, CA7, Changeman/Endeavor.
• Strong knowledge of IBM WebSphere MQ messaging solution.
• Experience in system design, development, and testing in a corporate setting.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, CI/CD, security, and application resiliency.
• Experience in API creation using z/OS Connect and Kafka integration (preferred).
• Familiarity with AWS and cloud technologies is a plus.
• Banking and credit card domain knowledge is a plus.
• Exposure to modern front-end technologies and Java is a plus.

Work Schedule & Support Requirements:

• Onsite from Day One in Wilmington, DE.
• L3 Support & Maintenance Activities (including weekend rotation).
• Shift Timing: 2 PM – 11 PM EST (one week per month).
• Support Availability: 13x7 rotational basis.

•  Bachelor's Degree in related field is required.
