About the role
This is a remote position.
Schedule:- Mondays to Fridays, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, Melbourne Time, with 1-hour unpaid lunch
- 8 hours per day/40 hours per week
Requirements
Sound knowledge of the Fair Work system, including knowledge of the National Employment Standards andModern Awards. Experience administering recruitment, onboarding & job change processes. Experience preparing payroll for authorisation. Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to form positive workplace relationships. Confident using computers and learning new systems – UKG Ready experience advantageous. Good organisational and multi-tasking abilities. Ability to work in a small team environment. Experience developing basic online training.Benefits
