 This leader will serve as the voice of the supplier within GMNS and Global Commercial Services (GCS) while also acting as a connector across multiple stakeholders to drive product strategy, execution, and adoption. The role requires comfort operating in white space, translating emerging needs into structured plans, and program-managing complex product initiatives from concept through delivery. 

The Senior Manager will work cross-functionally with Go-To-Market, Technology, Partnerships, Network, Pricing, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Marketing, and Field teams to advance product capabilities and strengthen our go-to-market delivery.

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Next Gen B2B Product Management to lead the Next Gen GMNS B2B product suite, with a particular focus on Buyer-Initiated Payments (BIP), Buyer-Initiated-Payments with Dynamic Pricing (BIP DP) and additional solutions that support the evolution of our product suite. This role will play a critical part in shaping the future-state B2B payments experience, identifying new opportunities, and driving the development and delivery of innovative capabilities across the ecosystem. 

 The Senior Manager will work cross-functionally with Go-To-Market, Technology, Partnerships, Network, Pricing, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Marketing, and Field teams to advance product capabilities and strengthen our go-to-market delivery.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Lead product management for GMNS’s Buyer-Initiated Payments (BIP) and Dynamic Pricing (BIP DP) product suite, including end-to-end roadmap ownership, evolution of existing capabilities, and development of next-generation solutions
  • Drive the strategic evolution of the GMNS B2B Product Suite, defining the vision and leading development of next-generation capabilities beyond the existing BIP, BIP DP, and SIP platform
  • Demonstrate cross Business unit project management leadership for the B2B Flexible Pricing Solution, delivering end-to-end PMO oversight across stakeholders, ensuring milestones, risks, etc. are actively managed
  • Lead in white space to incubate and scale new B2B capabilities, aligning and orchestrating cross-functional partners across GMNS, Technology, Finance, Legal, and Sales to drive execution
  • Translate supplier, buyer, and market feedback into actionable product features, business cases, and multi-phase development plans
  • Collaborate with Product Operations, Control Management, Compliance, and Business Conduct teams to ensure risk and compliance processes (e.g., AEMP54, NPCRA, PRSAs) are integrated into product design and execution
  • Work closely with the Supplier Value Go-To-Market team to design and expand marketing, servicing, and adoption materials that drive supplier and buyer engagement, signed accounts, and revenue growth
  • Manage relationships with Pricing, Servicing, Finance, MerchantForce Implementation, and Field Enablement to support successful delivery, launch readiness, and scale

 Minimum Qualifications

  • Extensive knowledge of B2B payments, supplier ecosystems, and industry dynamics
  • BA/BS degree preferred with 5+ years of product management experience; financial services or payments experience strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional product initiatives, including strong program and project management skills
