This is a remote position.

Schedule:

Part-time - Mondays to Fridays, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, 20 hours/week
Client Timezone: Australian Eastern Time (Sydney/NSW)

Job Description:

In this dynamic role, you’ll be at the forefront of business growth, developing relationships with insurance companies, property management firms, and specialized service providers. Responsibilities:

Drive new business acquisition across insurance, real estate, and specialized service sectors

Conduct professional outreach to decision-makers within target organizations

Present company capabilities and service offerings to potential partners

Schedule and coordinate business development meetings

Maintain detailed records of all prospect interactions and follow-ups

Convert qualified leads into active business partnerships

Collaborate with management to refine business development strategies

Track and report on key performance metrics

Requirements

2-3 years of proven business development or sales experience

Strong communication skills and professional phone manner

Experience in construction, insurance, or property services industry preferred

Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Excellent organizational and follow-up skills

Proficiency with digital communication tools and basic computer applications

Available to work Australian Eastern Time zone hours

Remote work experience preferred
