About the role
This is a remote position.
Schedule:- Part-time - Mondays to Fridays, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, 20 hours/week

Job Description:
In this dynamic role, you’ll be at the forefront of business growth, developing relationships with insurance companies, property management firms, and specialized service providers. Responsibilities:
- Drive new business acquisition across insurance, real estate, and specialized service sectors
- Conduct professional outreach to decision-makers within target organizations
- Present company capabilities and service offerings to potential partners
- Schedule and coordinate business development meetings
- Maintain detailed records of all prospect interactions and follow-ups
- Convert qualified leads into active business partnerships
- Collaborate with management to refine business development strategies
- Track and report on key performance metrics
Requirements
- 2-3 years of proven business development or sales experience
- Strong communication skills and professional phone manner
- Experience in construction, insurance, or property services industry preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
- Proficiency with digital communication tools and basic computer applications
- Available to work Australian Eastern Time zone hours
- Remote work experience preferred
