Program Management Specialist, Mid

Key Role:

Provide program management support to a Navy client program office C-CISRT Team. Provide understanding and expertise to support a Navy client in Service and Joint strategy development, implementation planning, and acquisition, transition, and resource-related assessments for C-C5ISRT-related systems. Monitor cost, schedule, and performance of multiple development efforts, using tools like MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, and author documentation and presentations in support of program decisions. Ability to coordinate with functional and technical experts on program documentation to facilitate program planning. Ability to facilitate meetings and briefings on behalf of the client and organize and execute client meetings as needed. Be creative and have foresight and mature judgment in anticipating and solving problems in program management support.

Basic Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience with program or project management, including with Navy, NAVWAR, or PEO C4I programs and policies
• Experience as a self-starter executing the action or staff officer role on a Joint Staff or Service-level staff, including developing strategies, decision briefs, and information papers and analyzing policy documents for the DoD
• Experience with the DoD Mission of C-C5ISRT
• Experience working as part of a cross-functional project delivery team
• Experience with integrating and incorporating detailed technical data from multiple team members into executive-level decision-making briefs or products, and communicating the findings, insights, and recommendations to senior-level clients
• Experience with arranging and facilitating technical exchange meetings, working groups, Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), or conferences
• Experience with using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience with delivering technical advice for C-C5ISRT-related capabilities in Joint, Service, allied, and coalition programs and architectures
• Experience with analytical activities for government acquisition programs, including stakeholder requirements definition, requirements analysis, test and evaluation, trade studies, or architecture design for government processes
• Knowledge of DoD DoD or SECNAV 5000 instructions

Clearance: 

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
