Houston Behavioral Healthcare Hospital is currently recruiting one Per Diem Psych PBX Receptionist, Weekends, Saturday and Sunday 7am-4pm, 2:30-8pm, and 3pm-8pm, to assist with visitation, property and front desk . This person would need to be flexible in their schedule.
Duties:
- Is the back up and will assist the receptionist in assuring a smooth process during visitation.
- Assist in checking in visitors, directs traffic, wands visitors, helps with property check in and contraband, will help educate visitors with the visitation process.
- Help check in property and educate families on property guidelines.
- Helps answer phone calls and delivery of property to the units as needed.
- Resolve issues at the front desk
- Walk visitors to the cafeteria or gym for visitation.
- PBX receptionist will communicate with Nurses, Mental Health Technician, and visitors in regarding visitation.
- Helps answer phone calls and delivery of property to the units as needed.
- Provide the best customer service to all visitors, vendors, medical staff and employees.
Requirements
Education: HS Diploma or equivalent
1 year experience in a behavioral healthcare/ or customer service.
Communication skills.
Flexible
Bilingual preferred
