Summary
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Director of Revenue Analysis oversees the Central Business Office Department in accordance with guidelines, policies and procedures and applicable laws. The Director must have analytical skills, AR Management experience to include contract adjudication knowledge, strong leadership and effective communication skills. Supervisory responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees as well as addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Qualifications
Minimum Education/Experience/Skills:
- BA/BS in Business, Health Administration or related degree preferred.
- Significant experience (8+ years) in A/R Management and/or Managed Care
- Contracting and analysis, as well as experience directing a multi-facility business office.
- Analytical skills, AR Management experience to include contract adjudication knowledge, strong leadership skills, effective communication skills, computer/IT/System experience, experience with the A/R process flow, problem solver, regulatory/compliance experience, champions the hospital’s interest.
Pay range: $110,240 - $176,800

Education:Required: Bachelor’s degree
