Description:

Join the region’s largest behavioral health system and help make a positive impact in the lives of children, families, and staff! ACLH is fortunate to have a top notch team of EI Interventionists from several allied health disciplines, such as Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Specialized Instruction and Speech/Language Pathology services.  This full-time position will provide oversight and management for the day-to-day operations of the Early Intervention Birth to Three program.

The successful candidate will be a passionate individual with the ability to lead a team and empower staff to provide quality, compassionate care.  The Director is responsible for overall programmatic operations, including administrative, fiscal and clinical management of the program, collaboration with internal/external stakeholders, and meeting all regulatory standards. The Director will also participate as assigned in grant projects supporting children and families, as well as provide direct clinical care related to provision of physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech-language pathology services, specialized instruction, nutrition services, psychological services, or social work services in accordance with their degree area and training.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee overall programmatic operations, including administrative, fiscal and clinical management of the program, collaboration with internal/external stakeholders, and meeting all regulatory standards.
  • Participate as assigned in grant projects supporting children and families, as well as provide direct clinical care related to provision of physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech-language pathology services, specialized instruction, nutrition services, psychological services, or social work services in accordance with their degree area and training.

  • Provide oversight and management for the day-to-day operations of the Early Intervention Birth to Three program.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a master’s degree in an Allied Health, Health and Human Services, or Education-related field.
  • Minimum three (3) years’ experience in a Human Services setting, such as a hospital, early childhood center, or other clinical setting.
  • Current clinical licensure in the state of Pennsylvania (if applicable).
  • Minimum of two (2) years in a manager/supervisory role preferred.
