We are currently hiring for a Principal Specialist in Data Science and Analytics, a high-visibility role directly interacting with the leadership of our Power & Controls and Global Operations Supply Chain organization. This position is ideal for a motivated, detail-oriented, and energetic individual who can drive analytical business innovations within the supply chain community.
In this fast-paced environment, you'll be responsible for supporting a wide range of activities and projects across Power & Controls and Global Operations Supply Chain. The role demands exceptional analytical and reporting skills, strategic insight, and the ability to manage and prioritize a high-volume workload effectively. Success in this role requires proven teamwork, resilience under pressure, and the ability to navigate and resolve conflicts.

What You will do
Support all facets of Operational Supply Chain Reporting including but not limited to - SAP Master Data Integrity, Supplier Performance, Inventory Management, Materials Replenishment, Production Support, CORE Continuous Improvement, Cost Control, Compliance, and Quality.
Develop data visualization dashboards (i.e., Tableau, Qlik, Alteryx) and support daily reporting to include joining large data sets at varying levels of aggregation, performing custom data extracts from multiple databases, and ensuring data validation and testing.
Integrate data from multiple sources, including SAP and other enterprise platforms, to create comprehensive analytics.
Provide automated digital tools to Supply Chain user base, reducing manual data mining processes and efforts across the organization, contributing to operational efficiency.
Support the maturation of analytics processes, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
Support business analyst functions to include training, standard work, knowledge management, and process improvement.
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications We Prefer
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven track record of using data to drive decisions.
Excellent communication skills, able to convey complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in customer-facing roles, demonstrating an understanding of and ability to meet customer needs.
