The work:
A successful Security Controls Assessor will perform the following tasks: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of NIST SP 800-37, NIST SP 800-53/53A, etc. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Cyber Policy and Process. Thoroughly evaluate GSS, NSS, and ICS Boundaries for compliance with Risk Management Framework (RMF) and NIST SP 800-53/A Rev. 5 security controls through stakeholder interviews, security artifact review, technical review, etc. Draft comprehensive security assessments reports outlining status, key findings, observations, impact, etc. as noted during an assessment. Provide comprehensive, clear, and concise assessment out briefs / presentations to key stakeholders and Executive Leadership. Works independently, with minimal oversight, from the team lead. Have exceptional written and communication skills.
Here is what you need:
- 3 + years relevant experience with Cybersecurity Assessment; Security Risk Assessment.
- Hands on Assessment experience.
- 25% travel to client within CONUS.
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience as an ISSO or ISSM.
- Experience with Network or System Administration.
- Prior work as a Cybersecurity engineer.
Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York, or Washington State as set forth below and information on benefits offered is here.
Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role:
California: $73,900 - $170,200
Colorado: $73,900 - $147,100
New York: $68,400 - $170,200
Washington State: $78,600 – $156,600
