About the role

Overview

Amyx is seeking two experienced Procurement Specialists to support full life-cycle federal acquisition activities for our contract within the Department of Energy Manufacturing Energy Supply Chain Office in the Washington, D.C. area. This role will assist with pre-award and post-award procurement functions, ensure FAR compliance, and coordinate with program offices and contracting staff.

Responsibilities

  • Draft and review SOWs, IGCEs, JOFOCs, and other acquisition documents.
  • Conduct market research and price analysis.
  • Process requisitions and contract actions in STRIPES.
  • Monitor contract performance and compliance.
  • Support source selection and evaluation activities.
  • Must have the ability to communicate accurate information

Technology used:

STRIPES, PRISM, MS Teams, FPDS-NG, SAM.gov

Qualifications

Required:

3+ years of federal procurement experience. Knowledge of FAR and DOE-specific acquisitions.Strong communication and documentation skills.Public Trust clearance or ability to obtain.Must be able to work on-site at DOE HQ in Washington, DC five days per week.

 

Desired:

FAC-C or DAWIA Level I or higher.Experience with DOE or similar agencies.Certified Purchasing Professional (CPP) or equivalent.Public Trust Clearance.
