You’ll work closely with project managers and clients, handling a variety of tasks to support the smooth execution and success of each project.

Responsibilities:

• Assist project managers in planning, organizing, and executing projects.
• Track project progress, timelines, and budgets to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate resources, schedule meetings, and prepare project documentation.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and gather requirements.
• Identify and resolve project issues, escalating to managers when necessary.
• Conduct project reviews and report on key performance metrics.
• Support the development of project strategies and workflows.

Qualifications

Skills Required:

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, or Trello).
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects concurrently.
