We believe that a diverse set of minds will continue to contribute to our innovative culture and our ability to reinvent ourselves constantly.</em></p><p dir="ltr"><strong>WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING</strong></p><ul> <li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Set the bar on the quality of delivery for the media operations team and ensure an excellent Precis experience for clients.</p></li> <li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Take an active role in bigger client projects to deliver excellence in media execution. </p></li> <li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Ensure operational excellence in a portfolio of clients, either directly or through your reports. </p></li> <li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Manage a large team of specialists to build a strong culture, develop knowledge and skills, and create a positive and high-performing working environment.</p></li> <li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Actively develop the skills and competencies of people within the team. Stay on top of the latest industry, media, and channel trends and be a champion for innovation and development of our media offering within Precis.</p></li> <li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Actively direct the work of the media operations team to achieve the best impact for our clients using project management platforms and processes.</p></li> <li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Coordinate across stakeholders and capability areas to secure strong delivery.</p></li> </ul><p dir="ltr"><strong>WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR</strong></p><ul> <li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Excellent technical knowledge of at least one of our channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Programmatic, SoMe).</p></li> <li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Ability to translate industry developments and trends into innovative media solutions.</p></li> <li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Experience leading a team to create an environment of excellence within media operations.</p></li> <li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Ability to give constructive feedback and set the bar for the high standards of our media offering.</p></li> <li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.</p></li> <li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Experience building and nurturing relationships with senior stakeholders.
