Social Media Manager (m/w/d)

In this role, you will be effective in supporting both the social media and marketing teams.

• Support in the implementation of social media campaigns and strategy
• Assistance in building marketing activations aligned with MTR Legal's corporate identity
• Further development and expansion of the brand identity
• Updating and maintaining the law firm's social media profiles
• Content creation (Canva) for various platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, e.g.)
• Assistance in developing creative ideas for social media posts and exploring new opportunities
• Monitoring and reporting on social media activities
• Interaction with the online community
• Managing schedules and timelines for social media publications
• Collaborating on the compilation of content for the law firm's website
• General marketing support, including the creation of marketing materials and campaigns
• Support with administrative tasks related to marketing and social media

Furthermore, you impress us with:

• Completed education or degree in the field of marketing, communication, or a related discipline
• Good knowledge of managing company profiles on various social media platforms
• Strong understanding of current social media trends and tools (Canva, Asana, Capcut)
• Willingness to work independently and meet deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both German and English
• Team player and the ability to collaborate effectively with different departments - willingness to support colleagues
• Curiosity and motivation to acquire new skills in the field of social media and marketing
• Interest in the legal industry and a willingness to familiarize oneself with legal topics
• Basic knowledge of social media metrics analysis (an advantage)
• Basic knowledge of photography (an advantage)
