About the role

Description

Medbridge is a leading provider of sleep laboratory management services and sleep therapy. MedBridge partners with hospitals and physician practices to offer comprehensive fully-integrated services for patient identification, testing, diagnosis, treatment and long-term care management of patients with sleep disorders.

We are seeking a Human Resources Administrator that will also be back up for the Onboarding process

SUMMARY:

This position will be responsible for assisting the Human Resources Manager and handling all aspects of onboarding clinical and non clinical employees.

Hybrid position - will work out of Greenville Office as needed

Requirements

Education/Experience:

Minimum of two years of working in a Human Resources environment in recruiting/onboarding functions

High school diploma or higher

Healthcare experience preferred

System/Software:

Online platform experience required

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)

ADP Experience required

Essential Functions:

Assists with management with HR duties

Overseas/handles the onboarding process

Working Environment:

Regularly works in an office environment (once trained could move to a hybrid model)

Ability to handle, feel, and/or operate standard office equipment
