Citibank, N.A. seeks a Data Integration Senior Lead Analyst for its Tampa, FL location.

Duties: Support firm wide initiatives related to finance data quality around consent order, adjustment & script reduction for various trading book product such as securities, secured financing transactions (SFT) and derivatives. Work on adoption of Data Operation Model and remediation as part of consent order work efforts within finance Data and impacting various regulatory reporting including Liquidity FR2052a, FR14Q & FRY-9C reports. Support with work leading to data governance, data management, and data capabilities needed for a robust data program in support of business objectives. Provide project support and sponsorship, interfacing with stakeholders in support of project deliverable execution to complete all SDLC requirements including business and functional requirements, designs and prototypes, test planning/scenarios and execution, and analysis and interpretation of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) results. Assist with data remediation efforts across finance including Citi’s product control and balance sheet reporting functions by overseeing the implementation of the system development life cycle (“SDLC”) and process re-engineering. Create the application target operation model (TOM), including the detailed analysis to document application functionality through use cases, process maps, user stories, document analysis, proposed future state of the application, etc. Execute and deliver numerous global, cross functional programs, including managing delivery teams responsible for the following: cost benefit analysis, business analysis and requirement documentation, design, test planning and execution, product roll out, and training. Partner with executive stakeholders and business process owners to identify opportunities for operational efficiencies, respond to a changing regulatory environment, and provide necessary system functions to improve management data and reporting. Drive a consensus plan, assist with risks and dependencies, and advance objectives of the programs. Create and execute detailed program planning for all required deliverables including resources, milestones, and case completion. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field, and ten (10) years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Ten (10) years of experience must include:  Leading Finance working groups for Front-to-Back Data Operating Model Execution; Providing guidance on high-priority and cross-functional projects based on issues, challenges, and/or priorities; Collaborating with Finance leads on top issue identification and prioritization and root cause analysis, supporting identification of data elements including critical data elements and associated data quality rules for each, and prioritizing data-related requirements and issues on behalf of finance functional areas, including Books & Records, Planning, Reporting and Treasury; Defining data set requirements, including granularity, frequency, data quality rules, lineage, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), reconciliation, cross-report validation, certification, attestation and change management; Aligning with enterprise Chief Data Office, as needed, to provide guidance on data policies, framework, and methodology; Coordinating with Finance technology organization, as needed, for any design and build related to finance data initiatives; Providing subject matter expertise in defining technical and business approaches; Leading and managing teams through a product life cycle, including requirements, design, development, and testing; and Assessing and defining the data governance, data management, and data capabilities needed for a robust data program in support of business objectives. 40 hrs./wk.
