The Role:

 

The Data Analyst - Business Development role is responsible for analyzing and interpreting data from Salesforce dashboards and analytics to drive strategic decisions and initiatives within our business development efforts. The role also includes collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to extract actionable insights that enhance sales performance, optimize processes, and improve overall business outcomes.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Analyze Salesforce dashboards and analytics to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business development.
• Interpret complex data sets to extract meaningful insights and present findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Develop reports and visualizations using tools that effectively communicate key metrics and performance indicators.
• Utilize systems for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis to support business development initiatives.
• Collaborate with business development teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
• Proactively identify areas for process improvement and optimization based on data analysis.
• Assist in the design and implementation of data-driven strategies to drive sales growth and market expansion.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and business intelligence.
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

 

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Data analyst or in a similar role, preferably in business development or sales operations.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role, preferably in business development or sales operations.
• Willingness to work both independently and as a team to meet quick deadlines and objectives.

 

Technical Knowledge and Skills:

• Working knowledge of construction and maintenance services provided in the oil and gas, and/or chemical industry.
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce dashboards and analytics tools
• Working experience using SAP, Salesforce, Power BI and IIR
• Strong proficiency in data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
