Are you ready to shape the future? We’re looking for a visionary Director Program Management for Emerging Capabilities to lead high-impact initiatives at the forefront of innovation. In this role, you will be responsible for leading an organization of onsite and remote employees focused on identifying, developing, and accelerating breakthrough programs that harness next-gen technologies, novel business models, and transformative capabilities.  Scope of the role includes opportunity creation, bid and execution as well as IR&D execution. If you're energized by ambiguity, thrive on spotting what's next, and are eager to turn ideas into action, this is a great role for you!

The Emerging Capabilities organization partners with our Engineering Advanced Technology Center to deliver these innovative capabilities.

We’re seeking a dynamic leader with a strong mix of strategic vision, technical fluency, financial acumen and the grit to lead complex initiatives with clarity and confidence. We’re looking for someone who has led complex technical development programs before and who has a deep understanding of technical, schedule, cost and risk management in the Science & Technology space. Familiarity, past execution experience, and existing relationships with DARPA, AFRL, ONR, DIU and SCO are highly desired.

Join us to build what doesn’t exist yet—and make an outsized impact on what comes next. The capabilities span the entire Mission Systems portfolio of Connectivity, Secure Processing, Command and Control, Autonomy, Strategic Deterrence and proprietary programs.
