Join Creighton University as a Special Faculty member to help teach students how to become compassionate nurses!  College of Nursing in Phoenix, AZ is hiring experienced Registered Nurses who are committed to excellence and quality patient care.  Our NCLEX pass rates are above the Arizona and National average!

 

Provide direct supervision of students in the clinical areas. Oversee Labs and Simulations. Hours vary week to week depending on the number of sections in the lab. 

Special Faculty typically work 12-18 hours per week. Clinical rotations are 8 weeks. 

 

• Fall Term 1 (August - October)
• Fall Term 2 (October - December)
• Spring Term 1 (Jan-March)
• Spring Term 2 (March - May)
• Summer Term (June-July) 

Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) (or earned doctorate in nursing) OR possess a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and be currently enrolled in a MSN program to be considered 
• Minimum of two (2) years in nursing and in the specialty role. Prior teaching in a clinical setting preferred.   
• A current unencumbered license as an RN in the state of Arizona, or eligibility for licensure
