Department Summary

Dia Cross-Functional Finance is responsible for finance processes and related expertise supporting BA Finance, Global Operations, and Quality & Regulatory.  We contribute to the strategy of our stakeholders by being a reliable and trusted partner, by working together as a team and by harmonizing and standardizing processes for the benefit of the stakeholders.

This internship position is located in Tucson, AZ, on-site.  

The Opportunity

• Fixed Asset review and analysis.

• Support data cleansing and review for ASPIRE project.

• Connection with global colleagues in Cross Functional Finance to support process improvements.

Program Highlights

• Intensive 12-weeks, full-time (40 hours per week) paid internship.

• Program start dates are in May/June (Summer)

• A stipend, based on location, will be provided to help alleviate costs associated with the internship. 

• Ownership of challenging and impactful business-critical projects.

• Work with some of the most talented people in the biotechnology industry.

Who You Are (Required) 

Required Education

• Must be pursuing a Bachelor's Degree (enrolled student).

Qualifications 

• Ability to prioritize and organize project work

• Ability to communicate professionally with various stakeholders

• Ability to problem solve, research and provide potential resolution 

Required Majors: Accounting, Finance or Business Administration. 

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

• Complements our culture and the standards that guide our daily behavior & decisions: Integrity, Courage, and Passion.

• Use of spreadsheets (google sheets and/or Excel)

Relocation benefits are not available for this job posting. 

The expected salary for this position based on the primary location of  Arizona is $45 hour.  Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This position also qualifies for paid holiday time off benefits.
