Position Expected Hours of Work/Environment

This is an onsite position. After the employee has completed their 90 day probationary period, there are opportunities for a flexible work arrangement.

This is a salaried, full-time position. Typical hours of operations are between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM ET Monday-Friday, during which time there may be employee relations issues.

Positional Responsibilities:

• Conduct recruitment efforts for entry level personnel, students, and temporary employees; conduct new employee orientations; and write and place advertisements.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state and local employment and benefits laws and regulations.
• Review and update job position descriptions.
• Handle employee relations counseling, outplacement counseling, and exit interviewing.
• Participate in developing department goals, objectives, and systems.
• Maintain the performance evaluation program.
• Participate in staff meetings and attend other meetings and seminars.
• Other intentional duties as assigned.

Requirements

A bachelor's degree and one year of relevant and related HR experience, or a master's degree in HR management and some experience in the HR field, or three years of experience in the HR field, or any similar combination of education and experience.

Experience working in HR for an ABA company or other medical discipline is preferred.

Travel

This position requires travel to Pathways Autism Center locations and other geographic locations from time to time, including travel to Pathways various divisions and locations as requested or necessary.
