JOB SUMMARY:
The Post Closing Assistant supports the Residential Team by fulfilling administrative tasks as appropriate for the business area. This position shall provide support through a wide range of duties, which may include research and data compilation, prepare correspondence and prioritize items that need attention. This position requires a high level of integrity, as the role is exposed to confidential and sensitive information.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform clerical and administrative duties within assigned workgroup. Follows instructions to gather and compile information to enter or store in designated software systems,
- Typical clerical duties could consist of retrieving credit bureaus, inputting loan applications, mailing activities, and indexing images in image center.
- Other duties and special projects as directed by department manager, supervisor or team lead in the area supporting.
Adheres to Seacoast Bank’s Code of Conduct.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- High school graduate, knowledge of loan documentation, lending and public records research is helpful.
- Has good organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to use email tools, word processor, excel, and learn other software programs.
- Ability to type 40 words per minute with computer knowledge and data input experience.
- Ability to multitask.
- 40 hours per week.
