What you'll do:
Provide administrative support to senior leaders across multiple departments, including assistance with calendars, travel arrangements, and internal coordination. You'll manage a variety of tasks such as coordinating client and vendor on-site visits, organizing team events, and documenting new processes. You’ll also build strong internal relationships and proactively identify opportunities to improve team efficiency and workflows.
In this role you will:
- Support the Chief Technical Officer, Chief Product Officer, and Chief Brokerage Officer with light calendar and travel coordination
- Perform administrative tasks such as maintaining department distribution lists, documenting processes, and organizing larger team meetings
- Collaborate effectively with immediate team members and internal partners to build strong working relationships
- Anticipate team needs by identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance efficiency
What you'll need:
- 2–5 years of office support experience, preferably in a tech environment
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines while maintaining high quality standards
- High school diploma or equivalent required; undergraduate degree preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint), with a willingness to learn new software and technologies
- Strong command of English grammar and the ability to interpret data, charts, and numerical information
- Effective interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Strong follow-through with the ability to take direction, capture notes, and work independently
- Reliable team player who can work both independently and collaboratively under tight deadlines
- Proactive attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn and grow
Compensation:
The salary range for this role will be $80,000 - $90,000 USD. In addition,
