Senior Service Reliability Engineer

The role:

As a Senior Service Reliability Engineer, you will be a key member of the IT Service Management team, responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of our client’s applications and systems. Your responsibilities will include:

 

• Monitor information and sources to generate alerts and warnings on potential issues before they impact the systems or applications.
• Analyze configuration and behavioral issues and deploy technical solutions typically via tooling automation or infra-as-code scripting.
• Assess that reliability criteria and best practices are met and implemented as designed.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence across the organization, working closely with DevOps, architecture, and security.
• Play an active role in emergency response situations.
• Participate in the assessment of application and service architecture to ensure reliability, availability, and performance.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of architecture by identifying and implementing enhancements to strengthen the reliability and performance of systems.

• Technical certifications such as:
• Dynatrace Professional or Master certification
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
• AWS Certified DevOps Engineer
• Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, able to analyze complex systems, troubleshoot issues, and identify potential solutions.
• Experience with infra-as-code scripting and tooling automation.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and drive a culture of continuous improvement.
