  • Build the best cloud software for businesses using a market leading development cloud platform
  • Drive the design, development, and implementation of high-quality software solutions to ensure they meet stakeholder and company objectives

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience with application development, system architecture and production support for highly complex enterprise level products
  • A minimum of 3 years of proven experience managing multi-cultural and diverse engineering teams across multiple locations
  • Proficiency in one or more relevant programming languages (Java, C++, Ruby. Shell, JavaScript)
  • Experience with Front-end/UI frameworks such as AngularJS, ReactJS, Bootstrap
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, and the capability to listen and influence
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, proven track record of building strong relationships and establishing credibility at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to understand the business case for each deliverable undertaken and works with product owners to help ensure benefits are realized
  • Experience with open-source tools and agile development environments
  • Ability to understand and implement best practices and coding standards required including programming languages, tools, design and development methodologies and processes, etc.)
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to facilitate discussions across a range of internal teams and manage dependencies
  • Experience in ServiceNow is a plus
  • Experience in Partner Relationship Management / Customer Relationship Management domain is desirable
  • Experience with developing and embedding Generative AI based services and capabilities is a plus
  • A proactive attitude and sense of ownership to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $163,600 - $286,300, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
