About the Role:
Kraft Heinz is seeking a passionate and articulate individual to join our team as a Global Analyst, Sales Capabilities. In this role, you will play a vital role in developing and delivering impactful training programs for our global salesforce, ensuring successful adoption of new sales tools and processes, and driving improved sales performance across our diverse product portfolio.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams at Kraft Heinz, including Sales, Capabilities, Category & Marketing, to gain a deep understanding of sales challenges, opportunities, and new sales capabilities being implemented.
Design and develop Sales Capabilities Agenda based on local market’s needs – meaning engaging and effective training programs tailored for diverse global markets, considering cultural nuances and regional differences in sales environments and consumer preferences.
Review and Select best External Vendors that can best support driving and building the sales capabilities programs – including set up of pilots to review feedback from local teams.
Manage external vendors and subject matter experts to craft compelling training materials, including presentations, case studies, and online learning modules, specifically relevant to Kraft Heinz products and sales strategies.
Facilitate training sessions and workshops for global sales teams, delivering content in an engaging and informative manner that fosters knowledge retention and application.
Coach and engage regional sales managers and Local Champions on effectively delivering training programs aligned with Kraft Heinz's specific sales methodologies and best practices, as well as executing new ways of working with customers.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through data analysis and feedback collection, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring continuous program optimization.
Partner with the Learning & Development team at Kraft Heinz to ensure alignment of training programs with broader organizational goals and strategic initiatives.
Stay up-to-date on industry best practices in training methodologies, adult learning principles, and the evolving landscape of the food and beverage industry.
Qualifications
Please kindly note that you need to have an EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included) in order to proceed for this position.
