Senior Associate, Product Marketing Strategy – Freedom and Slate

Chase-issued credit cards are an integral part of millions of American wallets. As the #1 credit card issuer in the U.S., Chase Card Services helps a wide range of consumers and small businesses manage their purchases. 

You will be positioned within the Chase Branded Card organization of Card Services, a key business within Chase’s Consumer and Community Banking group. 

As a Product Marketing Strategy Senior Associate, you will be involved in onboarding and low tenure marketing curriculum, specific to our Freedom and Slate customers. Additionally, you will lead and develop engagement strategy for our Freedom Rise, which is new to our credit customer base. You will partner closely with the Head of Customer Engagement, Chase Centers of Excellence, Marketing Delivery, Finance, Risk and Analytics to deliver against business objectives. 

Job responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of onboarding and low tenure marketing curriculum for Freedom and Slate customers. 
  • Develop and implement unique marketing strategies for the Freedom Rise customers who are new to credit. 
  • Utilize data to and insights to understand needs and preferences.
  • Design and implement engagement content for new cardholders.
  • Track and analyze engagement metrics to optimize marketing campaigns. 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills.

  • 5 or more years of relevant marketing experience
  • Bachelor's Degree required. 
  • Initiative-taker with experience developing and deploying multi-channel marketing strategies that leverage customer experience best practices. 
  • Ability to influence cross-functional internal and external teams.
  • Analytical thinker with ability to interpret data to identify key insights that drive change. 
  • Effective communication and presentation skills

  • Have a “can do” mentality biased toward action with strong attention to detail.  
  • Communicate effectively and be able to influence decisions. 
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment with ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to identify business opportunities by leveraging data.
  • Manage multiple initiatives to completion under concurrent, rigorous deadlines in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
  • Possess a solid business and marketing acumen with an ability to identify business opportunities, deliver results, and adjust plans as appropriate.
