Brown & Brown has a great opportunity available for a Summer Finance Intern supporting our Milwaukee, WI team!

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Introduction to the Insurance industry.

• Work with assigned department adviser to train, be assigned daily work assignments, ask questions etc.

• Interns will be included in such activities as marketing, policy review, client renewal presentations and onsite client meetings.

• Networking challenges - creating opportunity to meet and talk with all levels of the organization.

• Miscellaneous clerical tasks to support the internal team. This includes such activities as data entry and other administrative duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Successful candidates have shown balanced success in both academics and extracurricular activities such as sports, student government, college clubs or community service. Leadership activity in these events is a plus.

• Work experience is desired.

• Strong communication skills.

• Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments.

• Brown & Brown looks for students currently enrolled their junior or senior year, who are focused on a career in employee benefits/commercial insurance.
