Summary
We are seeking a tech-forward Sr, Compensation Analyst to join our Total Rewards team. In this role, you will leverage data-driven insights, market analysis, and HR technologies to support the design, implementation, and optimization of compensation programs. You’ll be the primary partner with HR, Finance, and business leaders to ensure our compensation strategies are competitive, equitable, and aligned with company goals. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is fluent in compensation principles, and embraces innovative tools and systems to deliver scalable solutions.
Responsibilities
- Analyze internal and external compensation data to support salary benchmarking, pay equity studies, and job evaluations.
- Administer compensation surveys and process results to guide market pricing and job architecture.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like Excel, Tableau, or Power BI to inform compensation decisions.
- Support the design and manage the administration of annual compensation processes, including merit, bonus, and promotion cycles.
- Primary contact and partner to HRBPs and Talent Acquisition to provide competitive compensation guidance for offers and promotions.
- Leverage HR Compensation Systems (e.g., UKG, AON Radford, Mercer IPE, etc.) to streamline compensation processes.
- Maintain and update compensation structures, job codes, and related data within HR systems.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with federal and state compensation laws and regulations.
- Collaborate on compensation-related projects such as career framework development, pay transparency initiatives, or global leveling initiatives.
- Stay current on compensation trends, tools, and best practices, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required with minimum of 5 years of success in performing complex compensation analysis and providing related recommendations.
- Requires broad knowledge of all HR practices.
- Ability to apply technical principles to perform job duties.
- Must be able to apply understanding of performance management processes and talent acquisition processes to understand the downstream impact of compensation decisions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to be utilized to educate internal key stakeholders of decisions related to compensation practices and policies.
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred.
- Experience with UKG compensation planning tools (desired but not required).
