Recruiting and Outreach Analyst

Responsibilities

• Provide outreach and recruiting support to assist the government with increasing university students' awareness of and interest in IC careers
• Build partnerships with U.S. colleges and universities to strengthen foreign language programs and create pathways for language students to enter the IC• Support stakeholders across all IC agencies to develop IC-wide recruiting strategies and initiatives• Organize and facilitate virtual and in-person outreach events, conferences, expert panels, and information sessions
• Provide administrative and logistical support to the IC Community of Practice for Language Recruiting as well as the IC Centers for Academic Excellence Program• Prepare briefing slides, meeting minutes, and other written products as required; maintain databases of partner schools

Qualifications

Required:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• IC event planning experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, including Teams
• TS/ SCI w/ poly required 
• BS+ 3 years or no degree + 9 years of experience required

Desired:

• Recruiting strategy development
• Familiarity with the ODNI Event Coordination System
• Familiarity with the National Security Education Program
• Experience supporting communities of practice or interagency working groups
• Experience working with students

Target Salary Range

$112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
