As a Recruiting Coordinator at Job Mobz, you will work directly with clients on-site in their offices to build and improve their recruiting workflows and processes, and provide an exceptional candidate experience to candidates interviewing for positions at the client. 

Job Description

• Consult with recruiters and hiring managers to understand requirements and objectives
• Manage communication with job candidates about their availability and schedule
• Schedule sometimes complex interview loops
• Coordinate debriefs and other internal recruiting meetings
• Build and improve interview processes and interviewer prep
• Meticulously maintain the applicant tracking system and other software to ensure clear and consistent record keeping
• Prepare reports for stakeholders about the recruiting process

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting coordination experience, with a preference for startup or in-house recruiting experience. 
• A proven track record of success in building strong partnerships with a variety of stakeholders from interviewers to hiring managers to executives.
• A data-driven and problem-solving approach to your position and stakeholder management.
• A passion for building teams and delivering the best candidate experience.
• Persistent curiosity and desire to learn as much as possible.

Additional Information

This position is on-site at client offices in the Bay Area, CA. The expected compensation range is $55,000 - 80,000 annually.
