About the Team
Virtus from FIS is a leading provider of alternative investment services and technology solutions, specializing in delivering comprehensive front, middle, and back-office services to asset managers, banks, and other institutional investors. Virtus helps its clients manage their alternative investment portfolios, including CLO/CDOs, private equity, hedge funds, and other alternative assets.

What You Will Be Doing

• Research and process corporate actions and loan restructures while maintaining accurate global data for facilities and issuers
• Actively research global discrepancies with various agents and internal clients and proactively communicate with stakeholders
• Comprehend, interpret, and analyze complex legal documents to ensure compliance of transactions
• Run various internal reports, assist with procedure documentation, and address global level issues
• Contribute to identifying and resolving monthly reporting data issues
• Assist with employee training, system development, and testing as needed

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or other related discipline or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience
• Typically, at least 5 years' experience in financial services or trust operations
• Experience with syndicated loan operations with an understanding of loan accruals and payment rules
• Ability to read and interpret credit agreements and other loan documents
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Strong attention to detail with proven ability to adhere to deadlines and take ownership of job responsibilities

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $80,960.00 - $131,960.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
