We’re looking for a full-time, staff Sr. Human Resources Genearlist to join our team. The Sr. Human Resources Generalist provides coaching to the Yoh business in the areas of implementation and administration of policies and programs including employee compensation, employee relations, performance management, and employment law compliance.
Responsibilities
- Provides guidance (or escalates issues to HR Director) and advise to managers and on-site teams, consult them on matters such as performance management, compliance, FMLA, FLSA, compensation, policy and other HR processes. Work with Corporate COE's to ensure the accurate administration of compensation, benefits, performance management, etc. 40%
- Consult with Client's Human Resources and Management to resolve complex ER issues. Conduct investigations in accordance with company and legal guidelines. Reviews and approves terminations. Coach and counsel managers and on-site teams on employee development and performance management issues. 25%
- Work with HR Team on employee training, org development, succession planning, compensation and talent management for Staff. 15%
- Perform analysis on statistical data and reports to identify and determine root cause of issues and develop recommendations for improvement. 10%
- Provide training and technical support as well as project management for relevant processes and programs. 10%

- Solid understanding of FLSA, ADA, FMLA and state specific employment related laws/regulations.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills. Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with competing priorities and deadlines.
- Solid process and project management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) in HR or related field required.
- 4+ years relevant experience required.
- Great attitude and team player.
- Successful completion of background screening process.
