The Opportunity:
The Deputy Program Manager for the Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) operation will play a critical role in supporting the management and execution of classified programs. This position requires a dynamic leader who can ensure compliance with security protocols, oversee operational efficiency, and foster collaboration among diverse teams. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in program management, security operations, and a deep understanding of the unique challenges associated with SCIF environments.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Program Manager in planning, execution, and oversight of SCIF operations, ensuring adherence to all applicable regulations and standards.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders, including government agencies, contractors, and internal teams, to facilitate seamless operations within the SCIF.
- Monitor and evaluate program performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
- Support the development and maintenance of security policies and procedures to safeguard sensitive information.
- Lead training initiatives to ensure all personnel are knowledgeable about SCIF protocols and security measures.
- Act as the primary point of contact in the absence of the Program Manager, representing the SCIF operation in meetings and briefings
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience and a minimum of 7 years related work experience.
- Proven experience in program management, particularly in a SCIF or classified environment.
- Strong understanding of security regulations and compliance requirements related to SCIF operations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
Desired:
- PMP certification or willingness to attain it
