JCITA provides advanced counterintelligence (CI) training including investigations, operations, collections, analysis, and functional services. The JCITA Instructor Program ensures CI practitioners have the knowledge, training, and capability to protect our nation from its adversaries. Core One is seeking an Analytical Support to Counterintelligence Functions Course (ASCIFC) Instructor to support the instruction of the next generation of these practitioners. This position requires a TS/SCI with Polygraph.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively orally and in writing
  • Instruct, evaluate, and counsel students in the subtle and difficult concepts of the course subject matter including the independent application of analytical operation security principals, concepts, tools, and techniques in direct support of complex CI activities, as well as the production of tactical products to address various threats that have a Foreign Intelligence Entity (FIE) nexus
  • Provide feedback tailored to student learning styles and needs
  • Deliver, synchronize, and manage blocks of instruction in accordance with established customer standards, policies, and procedures
  • Utilize the customer Learning Management System (LMS) to prepare and deliver all course materials and support student learning
  • Utilize the Instructional System Design (ISD) process to assist in the analysis, objective writing, evaluation, design, development, facilitation techniques, and maintenance of course materials and lesson plans for classroom and practical exercises
  • Engage in research to maintain up-to-date knowledge of TTPs for use in course materials
  • Lead and participate in practical exercises as needed
  • Instruct classroom and practical exercises that exceed eight (8) hours in duration
  • Work after hours and weekends, as needed in NCR and CONUS locations

Requirements

  • Mid-Level Requirements
    • The contractor must be a graduate from an accredited analyst course (e.g., PACE or DoD equivalent school)
    • Must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience conducting direct analytical support to CI activities, such as Offensive CI Operations, CI collection activities, CI Investigations, and/or CI Functional Services
    • Must possess and maintain a final TS security clearance, and be eligible for SCI clearance
  • Senior Level Requirements
    • Mid-Level requirements AND
    • Must have a minimum of seven (7) years of demonstrated experience conducting, and/or instructing direct analytical support to CI activities such as Offensive CI Operations, CI collection activities, CI Investigations, and/or CI Functional Services
