Messa Sync is seeking a Warehouse Worker to join our team in Orlando, FL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling shipments, organizing inventory, and ensuring the smooth operation of daily warehouse activities. This position requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for distribution
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update warehouse management systems
• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, as needed
• Ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow company policies and safety guidelines to prevent accidents and maintain efficiency
• Assist with stock replenishment and inventory cycle counts
• Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned

Qualifications

Skills and Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is preferred
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management systems is a plus
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends if necessary
