In partnership with our esteemed private-equity investor, Permira, Reorg is embarking on an ambitious and unprecedented chapter of growth, one that will challenge us to innovate relentlessly and grow fast while scaling. Accordingly, talent management -- or "how" we achieve this important cultural objective -- has never been more important. Reporting to Reorg’s Chief People Officer in a newly created role, we are seeking an experienced Director of Talent Management to develop Reorg's talent-management vision, strategy, and programming globally.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conduct a comprehensive global "needs analysis" to identify requirements across the company, with a particular focus on new-hire onboarding and induction, performance management, manager development, leader development, and employee engagement.
  • Develop a robust talent-management vision, including a detailed roadmap (short, medium, and long-term priorities), budget, and execution plan, based on the needs analysis.
  • Implement programs through a combination of internal resources, external technology platforms, and third-party service providers, ensuring global scalability and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with Reorg’s HR Business Partnership Team, Head of Communications, and other business leaders to communicate and deliver talent-management programs globally.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and continuously enhance talent-management programs going forward.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of relevant experience in global, high-growth companies with 500+ employees or premier advisory firms in an HR/talent-management practice. Experience in the financial and credit industry is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record in building global and highly transformational talent-management programs from scratch, encompassing needs analysis, planning, budgeting, delivery, and continuous improvement. Specific experience in new-hire onboarding and induction programs, performance management, and manager/leadership programming is essential.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of addressing diverse audiences, from staff to C-suite, and driving buy-in through effective communication.
  • Proficiency in delivering global programming via a mix of internal resources, external technology platforms, and third-party service providers. An established network of global third-party L&D service providers is a prerequisite. Experience evaluating and selecting vendors and implementing L&D platforms and technologies (e.g., Learning Management Systems (LMS)) required.
  • Current on cutting-edge talent-management trends, best practices, platforms, and services, including the utilization of generative AI.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with business stakeholders, including C-suite executives, with a strong referenceable track record.
  • A high-impact communicator with experience presenting visions, strategies, and roadmaps to all levels of audience -- from C-Suite to staff-level employees.
