The Customer Parts Support Team is responsible for providing support to the customers through tasks to meet and exceed customer expectations (internal and external) in a manner that is consistent with the Fulton HEART values and operating philosophy. This includes communication with customers and internal teams to determine which parts are needed.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Aftermarket Support – Perform clerical and administrative duties to support the aftermarket (service, parts and inventory) team. This could include order entry, invoicing, filing, report writing and various forms of customer communications.
- Support Domestic & International Customers with price quotes and part identification.
- Continuously provide information and documentation to identify parts needs.
- Provide outstanding customer care and interactions.
- All other administrative or general office support related duties as assigned.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Certifications and Required Experience):
- Minimum high school diploma or GED.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Applications
- 3 years + parts experience (Fulton parts preferred)
- Prior Customer Service experience preferred

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Repetitive Motion – Substantial movement/motion of the wrists, hands and/or fingers
- Sitting – The body is supported by buttocks and back and employee needs to remain seated for extended periods of time.
- Walking – Moving about on foot to travel and accomplish tasks, including long distances or site to site.
- Vision – Visual acuity is required to view a computer terminal and to analyze data.
