About The Role

We're looking for a thoughtful and strategic communicator and operator to join us as a Senior Manager, Advisor Integrity at Fora. In this role, you'll ensure our advisor community operates with clear expectations, supportive guidance, and seamless resolution when issues arise. Whether building scalable processes, defining comprehensive policies and guidelines, or handling sensitive matters with care and timely matters with urgency, you'll play a key role in shaping a consistent, empathetic advisor experience at Fora.

The Senior Manager, Advisor Integrity reports to the Head of Advisor Experience and collaborates closely with key stakeholders across the business, including internal Advisor Experience stakeholders, Support, ProdOps, Product, Partners teams and co-Founders as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and deeply understand advisor policy, ensuring they are clear, consistent, and communicated with empathy to create a trusted advisor experience.
• Serve as the primary contact for handling advisor issues with clients and partners, applying sound judgment and effective coaching to support positive outcomes.
• Manage relationships with relevant internal teams and travel partners.
• Develop and implement scalable processes and internal communications, and support product improvements that streamline policy application
• Partner cross-functionally to ensure shared accountability and efficient, documented resolution of advisor, partner or client concerns.
• Set expectations and proactively educate advisors about community expectations and rationale before joining, during onboarding and throughout their lifetime.
