Job Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Partner & Field Marketing Programs to lead the development and execution of marketing initiatives that empower our field and channel partners. This individual will report to the AVP, B2C Customer Engagement & Marketing Operations and will be responsible for creating and managing scalable marketing programs, campaigns, and materials designed to enhance partner effectiveness, increase product adoption, and drive long-term customer engagement and loyalty.

As a senior leader, this role will work cross-functionally with sales, product, digital marketing, and marketing technology teams to ensure alignment between marketing strategies and business objectives. Additionally, this individual will play a key role in developing the overarching omni-channel marketing strategy for scalable campaigns and assets across four business lines on a distributive marketing platform. This platform will enable field partners to efficiently customize and deploy marketing materials while ensuring brand consistency, compliance, and enhanced partner engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Strategy: Develop and lead the overall partner and field marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and revenue growth objectives.
  • Marketing Program Development: Oversee the creation and execution of marketing programs, campaigns, and content that equip partners to drive customer engagement, retention, and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Partner Enablement & Engagement: Establish scalable marketing frameworks, tools, and resources that empower advisors, brokers, and field teams to effectively promote our products and services.
  • Customer-Centric Marketing: Design and implement strategies that enhance customer enrollment, product adoption, and long-term loyalty through partner-driven initiatives.
  • Scalable Marketing Technology & Automation: Collaborate with the marketing technology team to develop a new platform that allows field partners to customize and deploy marketing campaigns and assets efficiently across four business lines. Ensure platform adoption and optimization.
  • Brand & Market Positioning: Strengthen brand awareness and thought leadership in the retirement and insurance industry through targeted partner marketing efforts.
  • Performance Measurement & Optimization: Analyze marketing program effectiveness, using data-driven insights to refine strategies, improve partner engagement, and maximize ROI.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the key liaison between marketing, sales, product, and digital teams, ensuring seamless execution and alignment on business priorities.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing partner marketing team, fostering innovation, collaboration, and professional growth.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 10+ years in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the retirement, insurance, or financial services industry. Experience in partner, field, or channel marketing is required.
  • Skills & Expertise:
    • Proven ability to develop and execute successful partner marketing strategies.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
