As Assistant Director of Finance, you will play a critical role in supporting the financial operations of our hotel, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic alignment with our business goals. Reporting directly to the Director of Finance, you will assist in managing the accounting team, preparing financial statements, overseeing internal controls, and contributing to budgeting and forecasting processes. This role demands a hands-on leader with strategic thinking, keen attention to detail, and a steadfast commitment to maintaining the highest standards of financial integrity in a luxury hospitality setting.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary:  Based on experience and qualifications, salary range $80,000 - $90,000
