About the role

The Senior Product Manager for ERP will be responsible for the product planning and execution of one or more products throughout its lifecycle, including: defining the product vision, developing roadmaps, gathering and prioritizing requirements, and working closely with engineering, business, support, and industry participants to ensure business objectives and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Senior Product Manager will wear multiple hats, from analyst to manager and drives projects to successful closure. 

  What You’ll Do
  • Participate in Product Practice Leadership and align Corporate Systems to best practices/artifacts 

  • Successfully partner across stakeholder areas: Business leads, Executives, Technology leadership and peer groups 

  • Identify problems and opportunities; manage stakeholder expectations  

  • Aggregate demand from different stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of their problems and communicate them effectively  

  • Ability to work with the system analysts, architects and offshore teams 

  • Collaborate, plan, and oversee work performed by other internal technology teams (e.g., infosec, network engineering, data engineering) as required for product builds and enhancements. 

  • Experience in Global Roll out, M&A, ERP Integration and consolidation, and influencing across complex areas such as process design, tradeoffs in systems, scaling programs through company life stages, etc. 

  • Prioritize, identify internal/external dependencies, risks/issues and obtain commitments  

  • Testing, troubleshooting, and end user support  

  • Work with members of the team for Agile enablement  

What You’ll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree required from an accredited college or university, preferably in engineering, mathematics, computer science, or business.  
  • Master's Degree preferred.  
  • 10+ years of relevant application and software architecture experience. 
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience with a modern ERP, preferably in a SOX compliant environment 
  • Solid experience with major implementations that exploit the full capabilities (discover, design, implement and optimize) of the ERP application  
  • Demonstrated experience in application systems analysis and design, and agile methodologies.  
  • Knowledge around the various agile processes/concepts, e.g. Scrum, Kanban, Scaled Agile 
  • Have existing ERP experience and extensive knowledge around SCM, finance and system integrations, preferably in a manufacturing environment 
  • Grit, can-do attitude. Ability and willingness to roll up sleeves as needed to ensure group success. 
Salary InformationThe base salary range for this position in the selected city is $131,500 - 175,000 annually.​Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
