Then Emma is the right place for you. <h3>What you'll do:</h3> <ul> <li>Lead and manage a high-performing global mobility team, providing guidance and support to team members.</li><li>Develop and implement global mobility policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry best practices.</li><li>Collaborate with People &amp; Organization teams, legal, Tax and other cross-functional teams to address global mobility issues and optimize processes.</li><li>Act as the primary point of contact for international assignments, managing relationships with external vendors, immigration authorities, and relocation services.</li><li>Provide strategic guidance on global talent deployment, including assignment structuring, tax implications, and cost analysis.</li><li>Stay informed about changes in immigration laws and regulations, advising the organization on potential impact and necessary adjustments.</li><li>Conduct training sessions for employees and managers on global mobility policies and procedures.</li><br/></ul> <h3>Who we are looking for:</h3> <ul> <li>Someone thrilled to find the right people for Emma across the globe with excellent people reading skills and a true passion for Global Mobility!</li><li>You have a degree in Business Management, Human Resources, Psychology, or any equivalent field</li><li>You have proven experience in global mobility, VISA cases, international assignment management, or related HR functions.</li><li>Strong knowledge of global immigration laws and regulations.</li><li>Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.</li><li>Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to adapt to change and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.</li><li>Familiarity with global mobility software and tools is preferred.</li><li>You’ve showed, across your background, great organizational skills and ability to see big picture.
