PM Cook (Broiler/Sauté) - The Smith PQ

The Position: PM Sauté & Broilter Cook

• Prepare food to The Smith’s specifications
• Responsible for food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
• Set up station for service by chopping, butchering, preparing, and/or stocking station
• Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
• Answer, report, and follow CDC’s or Sous Chef’s instructions
• Clean up station during and at the end of service
• Ensure food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion.

The pay rate for this position is between $21 - $25 per hour.
