AI Delivery Manager

Objective

To constantly provide our customers and teams with outstanding business value through AI technologies and world-class, proven delivery approaches.

Responsibilities

• Keep an elusive balance between customer centricity, project team satisfaction, and project margin

• Tailor, establish, and maintain delivery practices that fit AI/ML projects

• Develop and execute the project plan in close collaboration with the team to ensure timely completion of the project by meeting its objectives with due regard for project constraints

• Support a project team with all operational aspects of the delivery, e.g., setting and maintaining a project in Jira

• Champion the use of objective metrics on a project

• Educate the client's team in agile practices through coaching and workshops

• Manage client engagements and client relationships

Experience

• project/program manager (>3 years)

• experience in consulting business (>3 years)

• machine-learning / data science/data analytics delivery experience (>1 year) (preferred)
