We are looking for an experienced IT Sr. Manager to lead and manage the implementation, enhancement, and support of Blue Yonder Supply Chain Planning solutions! The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background combined with deep business process understanding to drive efficiency, scalability, and value across the supply chain planning areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand and document current business procedures and identify areas for improvement.
Serve as the subject matter expert and technical owner for Blue Yonder's ESP, D360 and FNE solutions.
Partner with Blue Yonder and third-party vendors to ensure successful delivery and ongoing support.
Lead the implementation, upgrade, and continuous improvement of Supply Chain solutions.
Oversee integration between Supply Chain Planning systems and other internal (Oracle ERP, Windchill PLM) and external systems (OSATs and ODMs).
Manage a team of developers, analysts, and consultants to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Manage project timelines, resources, and risks. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
Salary Range
The pay range below is for Bay Area California only. Actual salary may vary based on a number of factors including job location, job-related knowledge, skills, experiences, trainings, etc. We also offer incentive opportunities that reward employees based on individual and company performance.

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
8-10 years of experience in the Supply Chain process, with specific experience in Blue Yonder ESP, D360 and FNE.
2-3 years of experience leading and managing a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and presentation abilities, and proficiency in Supply Chain Planning solutions.
Strong understanding of industry processes and business requirements.
Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
Proven track record of implementing Blue Yonder/BY/JDA or other Supply Chain Planning solutions that drive business value.
Ability to work effectively with globally distributed teams to ensure cohesive project execution.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in managing large-scale systems implementations.
Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
Experience in change management and business process re-engineering.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
