The Senior Payroll Specialist is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of biweekly payroll for all employees, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. This role serves as a key point of contact for payroll-related inquiries, supports process improvements, and collaborates cross-functionally to maintain payroll best practices. Experience with UKG systems is highly desirable. Knowledge of the hospitality industry and experience handling tipped employees is a plus.

• Minimum of 4 years of payroll experience in a high-volume environment; multi-state payroll experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll regulations and best practices.
• Experience processing tipped employee payroll and familiarity with hospitality wage and hour requirements is highly desirable.
• Experience with payroll tax compliance and reporting requirements.
• Proficiency in payroll systems and timekeeping software; UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) experience strongly preferred.
